It's pretty simple really. Spend $49 or more and your shipping is on the house, free, you pay nothing! We've worked hard to make the shopping experience as easy as possible and part of that was not making you worry about what your total cost would be with shipping. What you see listed includes shipping as long as you spend at least $49 (after all discounts). We think of it like this, when you go to WalMart, you don't walk down the aisles and wonder "if I buy this and its marked $64.29 how much will it really cost once I checkout?". No, those questions are silly and that's why we've created this site, to make it simple.

What if your order doesn't total $49? Well, we make that simple too! Anything under $49 is a flat rate of $4.99. It's really quite easy to get free shipping though, just throw in an extra treat, flea control, or some other goodies for your pet and you will be at that magic dollar.

Our shipping is free, but that doesn't mean we take weeks to get it to you. Fast and free ... what more could you ask for?

If you wish to cancel your order while your package is in transit, please call into the office immediately. We will refund you for your order minus $13 for the "interception fee" along with your package's actual shipping cost (even if you received free shipping on your order).

* We only ship to United States addresses. We are unable to ship outside the U.S. or ship to military APO/FPO addresses. We also are unable to offer the free shipping promotion to Alaska and Hawaii. Bottom line, if you are in the continental United States, we will ship to you for free if you spend $49 or more.
** Free shipping applies to orders of $49 or more AFTER all discounts are applied. If your order is over $49, then you apply a coupon which brings it back down below $49, then free shipping will not apply. Easy enough though, simply add a small bag of treats. :)
